I have owned some awesome German Shepherd stud dogs in my lifetime. "V Quindo von Aurelius SchH 3, KKL1a Life, OFA Good hips & elbows" was imported from Germany and produced very well for me. Quindo's headshot is shown on my homepage and I am very fortunate to have many progeny from him. Quindo was named the #1 sire in the 2007 Annual Training Achievement Award program through the German Shepherd Dog Club of America. Thank you to Lori Nickeson (DeBruts in Oregon) who bred to him and placed his progeny in homes where people titled them. One female from Lori's litter with Quindo named, "DeBrut's Dixieland Jubilee UD, HSB's, HSA's, HIA's, HXA's, RN, NA, NAJ" was awarded the prestigious PAM (Performance Award of Merit) in 2007 (owner Sheryl Evans). I lost Quindo at age 9 years 9 months.
Another great male that I owned and you will find in my pedigrees was, "SG Can. Ch. Axel vom Grunewald SchH 1, HIC, AD, CD, TC, WH, OFA Good". Axel was purchased from Bullinger German Shepherds in Canada. Axel was featured as the centerfold of the Fall 2003 German Shepherd Quarterly magazine. Axel lived to be 11 years 11 months and I still have 19 vials of frozen semen from him.
"Ch. Geyer's Black & Decker CGC, CD, TC, OFA Good" is a grandson of Axel's. Decker has received a 2005 Dual Title Award from the German Shepherd Dog Club of America for being a champion with obedience titles. All of Decker's titles were received in Eastern Washington with the exception of the TC being received in Seattle.
